Without structured support, students often:
Lose momentum over the break
Enter Term 3 feeling unprepared
Rely on memorisation rather than real understanding
And this is where confidence starts to drop.
We give students the clarity, structure and support that they need so that
they start Term 3 feeling prepared and not feeling like they're playing catch up.

Her experience as an assessor has given her valuable insights into the assessment process, allowing her to better prepare her students for success.
Who are these workshops designed for?
These sessions are designed for Units 3/4 Mathematical Methods students who want to strengthen specific topics, improve exam technique, and build confidence heading into Term 3.
They are particularly beneficial for students who:
- understand most content but struggle with application or exam-style questions
- are losing marks due to small but consistent errors
- want to gain a structured boost before SACs and trial exams begin
Are these workshops suitable for students who are already doing well?
Yes! In fact, many of our students attend these workshops to refine their technique and push into higher score ranges.
The focus is not on re-learning content, but on:
- improving accuracy
- strengthening problem-solving approach
- developing exam-ready thinking
How are these different from regular tutoring sessions?
Holiday workshops are targeted, intensive sessions focused on one specific topic.
Each session is designed to:
- address high-impact areas of the course
- include guided exam-style questions
- provide clear frameworks and strategies for approaching problems
This allows students to make meaningful progress in a short period of time.
How many workshops should my child attend?
Many students benefit from attending 3-4 targeted sessions across the holidays.
A common pathway is to build core understanding in the masterclasses, then attend strategy-based sessions (e.g. CAS, Exam Strategy)
We’re happy to recommend the best combination based on your child’s needs.
Will the workshops cover new content or revision?
The workshops are designed to do both, depending on the session.
Masterclasses focus on strengthening and refining key topics
Headstart sessions introduce upcoming content early.
In both cases, the emphasis is on building understanding and application, not just passive review.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple sessions?
Yes, we offer bundle discounts.
